Humanities in Five

Organized by Anne Ruggles Gere, the 2018–19 MLA president, the Humanities in Five panel at the 2019 MLA convention in Chicago provided models for presenting scholarly research to the general public—in five minutes. The panelists included Michael Bérubé, Deborah H. Holdstein, Devoney Looser, Aldon Lynn Nielsen, Koritha Mitchell, and Anjali Prabhu. Samer Mahdy Ali presided.
